An appeal to interested learners for Venues

We need VENUES in Gurgaon, Delhi and Noida

If you as an interested participant have a hall that you want to rent out for these meetings, please feel to contact me so that we could you list you up on our venue partners section. Occasional changes in venues might help in bringing about newer perspectives and plus we might be able to reach those who otherwise can’t make it to a particular venue because of distance and other constraints.  A hall at a house, office, school, hotel … anywhere would do.

The VENUES should be a convenient place where between 5 and 50 participants can be accommodated for class so that we could bring all our portable equipment to conduct the class.

These classes are held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Weekly Meeting Schedules (it is the same for AM and PM)

o   Tuesdays – English & Public Speaking Skills

o   Wednesdays – English & Business English Skills

o   Thursdays – English & Effective Communication Skills

o   Fridays – English & IELTS

o   Saturdays – English & Business + Social Networking Skills

Venue Partners –

ü You will be given a fixed rental to make provisions for water, tea and snacks.

ü Also, sufficient parking inside or outside your premises will be required so as to accommodate the participant’s [numbers will depend on venue] vehicles (cars and bikes)

ü The place should be available either for the morning meeting between 7am and 930am or for the evening meeting between 7pm and 930pm.

ü It will not only be a great blessing to host these events but also a great forum to be able to interact and connect with an eclectic number of people who are passionate and progressive from a range of industries and sectors.

ü The minimum space would depend on the number of participants you can host with a bathroom/washroom conveniently located close by.

The venues could be –

ü A house hall room

ü A school classroom

ü An office conference room/auditorium

ü An open terrace

ü A basement room

and anything so as to host at least 5 participants that can protect us from the fickle and temperamental nature of the weather.
